b. Participants who do not agree to these terms are advised to refrain from accessing and/or using S!TE.

2. Participants will be duly informed of changes, and it is the participant's responsibility to regularly review the terms. Continued usage implies agreement with updated terms.

S!TE Online Platform

1. S!TE is powered by S!TE 2024 and organized by Tanzania tourist Board
2. The event follows the format of a travel and trade exhibition with a conference element, emphasizing tourism, sustainability, conservation, and market-related issues.

Participant Conduct

1. Participants explicitly agree not to post abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, or sexually-oriented content that may violate laws.
2. Violation of these rules may result in immediate and permanent exclusion, with necessary notifications.
3.  S!TE reserves the explicit right to remove, edit, move, or close any content at any time.

Data Privacy

1. Participants explicitly agree that information entered into S!TE will be stored securely.
2. While participant information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, neither S!TE nor its organizers shall be held responsible for any hacking attempts leading to data compromise.
